Only half of a caption appears on the Image. Please help!!!

I actually figured out what the issue is... It doesn't work when I try using "quotation marks"... Is it supposed to be so? One more question: does FlexBox widget only work on a Responsive Page? I have been trying to use it on a regular page and it looks great in EW but the bottom of whatever text is there is always way lower on the page when published.
