| I get frequent pop-ups that there is a new version available, but first I have to renew. When I click on renew it just takes me to my account page. I don't know what I'm supposed to do next since I have an active account with a license. Am I supposed to download completely new software and install it? It would be nice to have a prompt that instructs you on how to upgrade. | |

| The most recent upgrade downloads seemingly OK. But when I click on "Install and Reopen" the only thing that happens is that EverWeb is closed. I leave it for a while, but when I reopen EverWeb it's still the old version. | |

You could be able to download EverWeb directly from the everwebpp.com website. the latest version, 3.2.3, is there. It will download in to your Applications folder and so overwrite the previous version, like an update would usually do. Your project files are OK as they are stored elsewhere. You may want to check with EverWeb support if the installation of the update by the usual methods is not working correctly for you. Hope that helps! Simon |
