Trouble moving responsive rows on responsive page

User: Jean Wood B. 4 years ago
I have struggled with my Everweb 3.2 app all week. The blog is especially maddening. No matter where I click, responsive rows do not go where they're supposed to, and they won't move, even if I hold down command & shift as the tutorial says. The text section & flexbox widgets are just as weird. The menu and inspector controls that are supposed to change alignment & position are either grayed out or don't have much effect if they are operable.

Also, when I add a photo to one blog post, it shows up in all my posts and I can't find a way to treat them individually. Since I haven't worked with earlier versions a lot, I don't know if this is a bug or user error. I've watched all the blog videos I can find, but they either don't cover my issues, and if they do, mine doesn't work like the tutorial. They say it's simple to move rows above or below others, but mine won't. Pulling my hair out after an entire week of watching videos on every topic and no answers. Help please!

Hi Jean,

I am very sorry to hear the issue with the responsive design in your blog. I am afraid, it would be problematic to communicate this issue on the forum. May I ask you to send a message to support@ragesw.com or open the support ticket from your Client Area?
https://billing.ragesw.com/clientarea.php

You may just refer to this forum post and tell us the name of the pages you have problems on. To troubleshoot we would also need your project file, so we can take a look at the issues directly and work on the issues without delays.

To share your project file with us, please open EverWeb's Projects Window, click the arrows next to your project and select "Send Project File to Support". After the project file is uploaded, EverWeb will give you a link. Send that link back to me.

If your project is over 2GB in size or if you have an older version of EverWeb, you won't be able to send it that way. To send it to me in that case, follow this link and follow the steps outlined on the page: http://www.ragesw.com/ewprojectupload/
Please don't remove the project file from the folder with project files.

Thank you in advance! We will look forward to your email or support ticket.

Kind Regards,
Ted
