Hi Jon, Thank you for the details. You can change the font and color of the word MENU in Hamburger Navigation Menu. To do so, please select navigation menu - > Inspector Tab - > Widget Settings. There click Font button - > click on black square and Colors window will open. Change the color to any and republish your website. You can also check the result using Preview Feature.
