I may have asked this before but I search for it under Scroll position and my name and can't find the exact answer. I sent a scroll position on a long page. I want to email that position so people don't have to search for the exact thing I'm referring too. so if my website is www.virtualassistantcapecod.com and the page is: longpage.html and the scroll position is: scrollposition-5808 What would the link look like for this scroll position: http://www.virtualassistantcapecod.com/longpage.html ?? do I put a colon: :scrollposition-5808 or what? I hope I'm making sense. Susan ps there is no page on my site by that name I'm just trying to figure out how to do this. Last edit 4 years ago |

Hi Susan, I apologize for the delayed reply. Yes, you do. I suggest publishing the page with the scroll-position anchor, click on the hyperlink to the scroll position and copy the URL. Internal scroll position anchoring has been an EverWeb feature for long. In the latest version it got even easier. Now you can just select the objects you want to scroll to and set up the anchor as usual. Hope that helps. Again, I am terribly sorry for the delay. Oh well these are crazy times. I hope you are all well. The problem is/was there isn't a hyperlink in the website at all. I just wanted to put in a scroll position in a long page of art workshops available so I could feature one in each Constant Contact newsletter and the readers didn't have to go hunting for the featured workshop. I believe I figured it out. Stay healthy, thank you! Susan |
