Can I 'position' an image in a Responsive Row?

I'm using the Responsive Row like a band across the page. All my images are 4K (17:9 ratio). Some fall nicely, right across the centre. But I'd like to be able to position others just a bit up or down to better work visually in the Responsive Row. Is there a way to do this ... sort of like using a mask in Pages ... where once you have the mask set you can move the image anywhere in the frame after-the-fact. ??? Ben |

Hi Ben, Thank you for reaching us! You can resize responsive rows as you need and place images anywhere on the page. Unfortunately, it is not possible to create a responsive row that overlaps the other one. Let me know if any questions arise. Maybe it's a bit presumptuous from me - or that I misunderstand the problem here - but I think that it's possible what you are asking. Go to the main menu > Window > enable Show Toolbar. Create a Responsive Row and drop your pictures in there. Activating one of the pictures makes the Mask tool active in the Toolbar (alternately you could also go to the main menu > Format > Mask or Unmask menu instead of showing the toolbar). Now play a bit with the masking process and put the sun more in the centre. See attached three screen dumps. Hopefully this is what you were after...? Last edit 4 years ago |

There is a problem. I attached three screens dumps in the previous post but they do not show. I'll try differently...

So it doesn't work to attach screen dumps in a reply..... but hopefully I gave enough clues to use the Mask tool?
