Unable to publish changes to my all my sites.

Since updating EverWeb to Version 3.06 (Build 2274) and Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6, I've been unable to completely publish changes to my sites. Example: EverWeb will publish 261 files of a 264 file site. Then pause and loop, unable to upload the last 3 files. I've experienced this problem with 3 different sites. Last edit 4 years ago |

Hi Bill! Thank you for the details! In EverWeb, click top menu bar > EverWeb > Preferences > Publishing. Passive connections should be turned on, the number of connections should be 5. If it's the same or if it doesn't differ much, let's proceed to the next possible cause of this issue. The reasons could be as follows: 1. You are running out of a disk space with your host. 2. Your host could have changed FTP settings. Check this with the host. To keep investigating this issue on our side, I would ask you to take a screenshot of your FTP settings and submit a ticket. Direct link: https://billing.ragesw.com/submitticket.php I'll take it from there and will do my best to help you! Thank you Alex... it was set at 3. All good, it's publishing again. Cheers, Bill |

I have the same problem and have raised a support ticket as changing to 5 connections didn't work for me. I'm on High Sierra and can publish using other FTP clients (E.g. FileZilla and Forklift) without any problems. |
