Red are pages that have been changed recently but not published (the changes) yet.

| I thought so but I haven't changed any of my pages in a couple beta releases. I'll republish and see if it goes red. Thanks for the response. | |

It should turn white after you published it ;)

From your screenshot it looks like all the pages have had changes made to them except the one named "Warning Signs". Once you publish your site, all the pages will turn grey.
