Viewing Cmd-S in a blog post is not saving any changes but alters any activated text in 'Strikethrough' font

Cmd-S in a blog post is not saving any changes but alters any activated text in 'Strikethrough' font

Testing EverWeb 3.0.0b Build: 2250

In a blog post while selecting text to change the font, for example from regular into italics, then do not use 'Cmd-S' to save the changes you made. Instead of saving any changes the activated text is altered into the 'Strikethrough' font.

In the case that you do not have any highlighted text and are using Cmd-S to save your changes of the post then be aware that actually nothing is saved!
While in your posts the Cmd-S only triggers the Strikethrough action and nothing else. You need to go to the main menu 'File > Save'.

See attached image.

Hi Michael,

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you've experienced.

Could you, please, elaborate? It shouldn't matter if you manually save it or not, the text should be saved automatically. Could you, please, check of EverWeb is located in the application folder?

I will be waiting for your reply.

Best Regards,
Chris

Yes, Everweb is in the Application folder.

Actually, this problem was already prior to EW3, but I didn't report then.

By the way, anywhere else in EW, whenever you are editing text, using 'Cmd-S' is 'Save' and not 'Strikethrough'. Only in 'Blog > Posts' is 'Strikethrough' the case when using 'Cmd-S'.
