Keep the headers for a subdirectry when pointing to it from a different domain

Hi, I have a weird condition and I'm hoping I can get it to work.

My portfolio site: www.mkbarr.com has a store page that I put in a subdirectory and it works fine. I have another domain called www.snowcoral.com that points to the store subdirectory.

When I first pointed www.snowcoral.com to the sub, it didn't use any of the css. I copied the home page's css and js fiolders to the store page and then it worked fine, EXCEPT no one can use the navigation bar anymore. Is there an easy fix to this?

If it's too hard to understand. If you go to www.mkbarr.com, everything works fine. If you go to www.snowcoral.com, try to go to any other page. I'm not hosted with you.

Any help would be really appreciated, I love your software regardless of how this turns out. :)

HI Marybeth,

The way you set up the domain, the browser will use www.snowcoral.com and try to find the files their instead of looking at the actual url which is http://www.mkbarr.com/snowcoral/

That means the browser can't find the files because it can't look in the correct directory on your server for them

You could set up www.snowcoral.com to just forward to http://www.mkbarr.com/snowcoral/ which will cause the domain in your web browser's path field to change from snowcoral.com to http://www.mkbarr.com/snowcoral/

You still get the same functionality, but the visitor will see that the domain forwards to http://www.mkbarr.com/snowcoral/ if they look at the path field in their browser.

That is the easiest way to handle this situation.

Hope this helps,
