Hi Renaud,

As stated in the log, it is important that you do not publicly post the publishing logs as they may contain personal information from your server. This is a public forum. It is better to contact customer support to send us the log privately.

In this case, there is no sensitive information, but in the future, please keep that mind.

The error you are showing indicates that the server address you entered for your FTP server under the File menu->Edit Publishing Settings may not be correct.

I recommend you contact your web hosting company and verify the FTP publishing details.

It could also be that you are using regular FTP instead of FTP over SSL or FTP over SSH. You need to contact your web hosting company to see what they support and what they require to publish.

Once you do that, completely remove them from EverWeb and re-enter them.

Then try publishing again.

If you continue to have problems, please download any third party FTP client and see if you can connect with those.

FileZilla is a free, third party FTP client you can try.

Please let us know how it goes.
