Problems with 2.7.0

User: Christopher 5 years ago
I know you're up to 2.8 now but apparently I'm running the newest version for OS 10.11.6. I can't upgrade my OS because I'll lose functionality on legacy editing software.

I haven't done anything with my website for a while but after making a couple small changes, my metrics changed everywhere. Positioning of videos changed, using embedded code in html snippets. And positioning of graphics changed, also using HTML snippets. What's more, when I try to correct, they keep reverting! If I change the size, fine. But then if I change the Y position, the size reverts to what it was. So then I have to go back and change the Y again and exit and hope it sticks!

Did anyone else pick up on this before? I guess I'm stuck with this problem since I can't upgrade.

Hi Christopher ,

Sorry for the problems you are experiencing.

This sounds like a very strange issue. I can't think of any bug that would have done this in 2.7 unless you opened your website in 2.8 and changed the pages to Responsive.

EverWeb 2.8 is in beta and it will work on 10.11 by the way.

Are you sure you are currently using version 2.7 by opening the About window and confirming the build number
