| i have a few pages of pictures. I changed them to low resolution and now I have like 300 pictures in the assets window. Is there a way to get rid of them without messing everything up? | |

You can remove the photos you aren't using by selecting the image in the assets list and pressing the delete key on your keyboard.

It would be great though if we could deleted multiple images from the assets list. So far we have to delete one after another. Quite time consuming if you would need to delete like 20-30 images.

If you are using the pictures don't delete them from the assets list. There is no such thing as "that external files option instead". I don't know what you are referring to here.
