Hello, I just started trying out the program; So far, i only tried adding a page, textbox and images: [1]Its main design looked fairly similar to iWeb, hence, i liked it and was familiar with it. [2]I tried making a biography page with using a simple text box: 2.1. The text box couldn't be added by drag and drop, but instead, by clicking it. 2.2. The text box size box was not viewable probably beacause of my black backround, I suggest maybe an adjustment to a blue outline color viewable with all templates. 2.3. The text arrangement inside the box got wrongly modified when changing the text box's size. 3 Its not very clear how to add a simple image to the page; i miss a simple add image button with options of were the image is located, to double click and add it. Screen recording: http://sdrv.ms/10joyFp hope this was useful; I'll post more soon. Natalia. |

Hi Natalia, press shift+cmd+l to see the outlines to all boxes and graphics. And for adding images, drag ... drop images to the assets pane on the right side of the EasyWeb window. You can then drag them from there to your page. A text box is inserted by clicking the icon in the bottom toolbar or by using the Insert drop down menu. After the insertion you will see "Enter Text" highlighted in the box. Either type over this or paste from the clipboard (command V) to enter you own text. Images can be dragged to the Assets list or directly onto the page from any Finder window or from the Media Browser. Open the Media Browser from the Window drop down menu. While you are working on a page it's a good idea to "Show Layout". This can be turned on from the Window drop down menu or by using the keyboard command - shift/command/L You can also turn on alignment guides in EasyWeb preferences. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb!
