Hello, I have added a video to my website and for some reason, it is showing as a media error. iPhones seem to be working well but other various devices are experiencing the media error and I can't fathom why it is happening. I have added an image with what my friend is seeing. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Joel |

Hi Roddy, thanks a lot. I added a photo but it doesn't seem to want to publish it. It's an error on joel-dickinson.co.uk and only seems to be on mobile devices, but not Iphones. Thanks a lot, Joel. Last edit 5 years ago |

Your video file name is a potential source of error... Joel%20Dickinson%20Wedding%20Magician.mp4 Media file names should be lower case with no spaces or special characters since they form part of a URL. Change the file name to ... joel-dickinson-wedding-magician.mp4 ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! Video on home page works for me on 2 browsers on android. The page doesn't seem to be optimized for mobile though, I need to enable text reflow for the words and pictures to not be on top of each other. | |
