Hi there, I am trying to create a master template with a background image. When I'm on the master it shows up just fine. Then I add a page and link it to the master slide. The image is showing up fine and looks the same as in the master. When I do preview though the image doesn't show up. I have tried both firefox and safari. I have also tried changing the background to a colour fill and have the same problem. Shows on both master and page within the program, but when I preview it doesn't show up. Any ideas please? Hi Claire, Sorry for the problems you are experiencing. If you are using version 2.7.0 please download version 2.7.1 as it fixes this issue. 2.7.1 must be downloaded from our website; https://www.everwebapp.com/download.html Make a small change to your Master Page so EverWeb knows to regenerate it and it should start working again. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

| Hi Paul , I have the same problem , I did download 2.7.1 and it have improved , Im still unsure of what will happens when upload to the server . Any way my question : On one of my pages I need to use the widget for display my Facebook page , it does not work ! , on the page is ok but it disappear when published , could you please advice . thank you ! | |

Everything will work when you publish to a server. If you have any issues when publishing online to a server please let us know but providing the URL to your website to check it. For the Facebook widget it may not appear in preview if you don't use the option to 'Preview On Server' from the Preferences. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |
