Drag or Set Page Footer Delimiter's Position

On a multipage site, my Master Page footer sometimes has a big gap between it and the bottom of the page's content. I'd like to be able to move the footer up (or down) to a pleasing position on the page. One way could be to be able to click and drag it, as with Anchor lines. Another way could be to go to the Master Page and specify the desired gap there, somehow. |

Set the content area height to less than required for any page - about 600px would do. When you insert items on the page and drag them down into position, the footer will go with them. An alternative is to set the content height as above and insert an empty text box just above the footer.
