I used to have instructions and a free download for creating a file upload on the old EverWeb Codebox site. To use it, you needed to be using a third party hosting service. Allowing visitors to upload files to your server is very risky and can open the door to hackers. If you do use a third party hosting service, you can ask them about the advisability of doing this and how to go about it.
