How do I activate FaceTime video call from one click on FaceTime icon?

I'm wanting to place the FaceTime icon on a web-page, which will enable a FaceTime video call with one click on the icon/image. I've tried several codes from the internet and placed in html snippet and EverWeb hyperlink settings. None of which work. I can get a link that shows blue underlined text. What I want is FaceTime icon linked directly to the video on my computer and phone without showing any text, which can activate FaceTime video call from mouse-over and click. If this is possible, how do I do this? Thanks. |

Apple has a FaceTime URL Scheme so that you can create a link to initiate a FaceTime call using either a phone numver or email address. If you want to create your own link using code injection you would need to create styles for it and paste them into the Head Code box. I created a FaceTime widget a while back. It was for an EverWeb user who is using the Hero and Responsive widgets to create a responsive website. He also wanted an option to switch from a Video call on computer, laptop and iPad to Audio only when the visitor is using an iPhone.
