I am getting the same message. I contacted customer support and they said they don't give tech support unless you have a new version of ever web. If they are not going to keep the software working, then what good is it?!

HI,

Sorry for the problems you are experiencing.

This isn't a bug in the software. A new feature is multiple connections during upload for FTP users. This results in much faster publishing.

By default EverWeb uses 5 connections. Sometimes if your server has restrictions on it, you may get blocked from uploading if you upload too many times in a short period and your server only allows a small number of connections from the same IP.

The error message explains how to fix this.

In EverWeb's preferences reduce the number of connections from 5 to something lower. Try 1 and go up to 3 if 1 works.

After you get this error you may have to wait about 15 minutes for your server to close any connections on their part.

We also recommend that 'Use Passive Connections' is enabled in the Preferences as well.

Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
