Paste the script into the Head Code box.

Hi Yuanbo, If you continue to have problems, after Roddy's suggestion to put the script in the head section, please post your website URL so I can take a look. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

Hotjar makes it quite clear where the code should be inserted. Thnx, Roddy! That’s exactly what I do in EverWeb, and also in head code box I put self-hosted font code after Hotjar code. The problem now is like what I said in the first post. Then I removed Hotjar code as Paul suggested, leave only self-hosted font code. Then I always get error message saying bad connection or failed to publish website ever since. Now no matter what I do, like unchecking secure publish or passive publish option, it just won’t work. Is it because i’m using EverWeb in China?

You would need to contact support about that and let them know which version of EverWeb you are using.
