Viewing google fonts

google fonts

User: Susan S. 7 years ago
I'm making a website for a group and I'm seeing the Google fonts I downloaded from Google and installed on my system but they claim they are not.

I have 2 screenshots below. What I see when I go to the site (again I have the fonts on my system) and what they are seeing.

I did watch the video on using Google fonts and I think I'm doing everything right. So my question is where are my fonts?

I told them to clear their cache's and such (no idea if they did) is that the problem? You can look at the site here and let me know how it looks for you. Again please see screenshots.

Hi Susan,

Your website looks perfect for me.

Visit your website by entering this URL;
http://www.capecodbusinessgenius.com/test/?

With the question mark it will let you see how others see it without the caching on your computer.

You did say you emptied the cache. Can you describe the steps you took to empty your browser's cache?

Hi Paul,

The client said they did clear the cache but now I'm wondering if they don't know how to actually do it correctly (I did send instructions).

Actually adding the ? after the URL brings up an older page for me, it didn't show me the current page (the ukulele is now at the top of the page), but when I open a private browsing window and paste the URL there, the site looks like it should. So I guess this IS a cache issue.

Thank you for your help.

Susan
