PayPal options

Would appreciate being able to add additional drop-down menus and/or a comment window for the buyer. Right now it is possible to have color and size but I would like to have an option for customizable designs and if they could have a comment box they could include some specifics. Mahalo!

There are a couple of widgets - one adds a third option and the other a description.

If you need more options, you could consider a fully feature web store. These have lots of advanced features and are really simple to set up and insert into your EverWeb site. The pages can be responsive so that the store will work on all devices and you can add/update items from any computer, anywhere without having to open EverWeb.

The store used for the widget examples allows you to start for free with up to ten items to get an idea of how it works and see its advantages..

Hello. Is there anyone with a dutch E-commerce site example who are using the ideal payment option? Do you know that Roddy. I have to make a webshop for a customer a sells clothes and there must be a shopping card in the site which shows for each product the various colors, the sizes and if possible a search engine where you can search in the shop all the various sizes or kind of colors. I don't know how to start. The paypall widget is nice but in Europe (the Netherlands) 90 % is paying with ideal and not with paypall

Rather than use PayPal buttons, I would advise you to suggest to your client that they have a fully featured e-store to get a better range of payment options.

You can insert it into the EverWeb site as a responsive item so that you don't have to make two or three different versions of the site.

Using ECWID, you can start for free with up to ten items.

I tried the widget add-ons, you can't just add them to the original Pay Pal widget... am I missing something? Is there a video on how these work? I'd be interested in something explaining ECWID as well and showing what the final product could look like. Right now, the widgets I purchased seem useless as I don't know how to put them all together and they look super unclean compared with the original PayPal widget.

The e-commerce widgets aren't addons to the PayPal widget. They are an alternative with a lot more styling options.

There's a lot of info about ECWID. Follow this LINK and then explore the items in the Product menu. Try the demo and look at some of the store examples.

If you are new to e-commerce, try to look for examples that are similar to the products you want to offer.

Zander - I have a printing company and I need to have different options to change with different variables - example 500x business cards are $50 | Options include standard edge or rounded edge for $10 extra. Unfortunately you cant change the price on the second variable drop down so I have come up with a way for the client to select different options that will change the price. Im assuming this is what you're referring to.

What I did was us a few widgets from everwebcodebox.com.

1) Set up full width scroll frame widget - link to new page
2) On new page use Scroll frame vertical navigation to link pages with paypal widgets
3) Create additional new pages that are the size of the paypal widget and link to vertical navigation tabs.
4) (optional) - Use easy tabs for more scroll frame pages.

Result - I can have 24+ different paypal widgets on designated pages so when a user selects a new option the new paypal widget will load.
I have tried several ways and worked on this method for a good year or two. If you have a better way let me know.

Here is an example of my work - Scroll to bottom select options or buttons to change options. I hope this helps.
