You can publish it to a local folder and share it via dropbox. Open the folder in the Finder and double click the index.html file to launch the site in the browser.

The folder is on your computer so it can't interfere with those on the server. Create a folder on your desktop. Open the Site Publishing Settings page by double clicking the site name at the top of the left column in EverWeb. Select "Publish to: Folder" and then click the "Choose" button to browse to the folder you created.
