Hello, I noticed the following under Services: $49.95 USD One Time EverWeb Renewal. Upon checking on this statement it states that the renewal for support is a "one time" fee. In the past I've renewed annually. When did this policy change? Thanks. |

Hi Don, The policy hasn't changed, the "One Time" statement means that you are ordering a renewal for one more year without subscribing to the service. Basically, it's a one time order for additional year of support and updates. We'll take a look into the matter though, maybe it would make sense to rephrase it.
