Where does EverWeb keep my files?

| Shouldn't there be an editable folder with my website in it? For example, if I wanted to make a back up copy. | |

You can do this by publishing to a local folder. This isn't much use since the files can't be reimported back into EverWeb. A lot more useful is to create a backup copy of your project file. Open the Projects window and click on the little up/down arrows to the right of the project name and choose "Make Backup ...". ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! On Mac To view the files, open the Projects Window. New Web Site (or your file name) > Click on the up/down arrow to the right > Select Show on Disk > Right Click the your File Name > Show Package Contents > You will see all your files, including Assets and Web Pages. I have my project file saved to iCloud so that I can open and save it on two different computers. At "Show on Disk" I select iCloud, then my project file. Last edit 9 years ago |
