Banner image and menu not displaying correctly

My banner image and menu are not displaying correctly. The banner image is not displaying at all and the menu goes out of whack and ignores the settings altogether. I've tried PNG and JPG versions of the banner file, checked my site with a proxy, tried different browsers – all have the same error. My site is www.riseofthemolecule.com Attached is how it SHOULD look (and how it looks in Everweb). This just started happening. I'm slowly updating my website and I'd used the banner and same menu for several days before with multiple uploads with no issue. |

| Fixed it by changing the name of my master page and re-uploading. | |

Hi Langdon, Glad you have it fixed. I wonder if it would have also been fixed if you just went to File->Publish Entire Site? Anyways, let me know if you run into anymore problems. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

That was going to be my next attempt, but my internet speed is so slow it would take a little bit I wonder if it had something to do with adding a header? I had never had the problem before trying to make my banner a header (prior to this attempt, the settings for it had always been "zero" by me). |

I am having a similar issue I think. I have tried to make edits to my master and my home page and in the EverWeb editor it looks correct and I publish and publish entire and its still incorrect on multi computers, multiple browsers and even after clearing Cache and browers data. Not sure where the glitch is happening... You mentioned changing the name of the file but not sure if that's appropriate and am afraid to try it |

Hi Tara, Sorry for the problems you are experiencing. Can you provide your website URL so I can take a look and try to determine the problem? ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |
