There still seems to be a few problems with this menu. The published versions seems to change styles in publishing from this...  ... to this...  To get this to appear correctly I had to increase the values for left and right margin and add left padding to each ul#menu li a.item. Here's a scenario: Say I am misguided enough to try to turn the menu into a tab (button) style and add rounded rectangles to the menu li a. Then I realise that a PNG image is create for each one.
