Have photo collections rather than a gallery?

Lets say I want to have 3-4 different photo collections. Lets say each has 10 photos. If I use the gallery (Photostream theme), I create a gallery, and all 10 images are displayed in the "cover" image. Well, I don't want that. I want one image from the gallery to be the cover, along with a subtitle or label, e.g. "Grand Canyon Photos" And I would prefer the collection to open in a new window. Can I do this in Everweb? |

What you are describing is an album - rather than a gallery.
