I think it would be kind of unrealistic to create a site like this. It uses Wordpress and the cost of a customised theme and the plugins alone would cost more than a 10 year subscription to EverWeb. Custom Wordpress sites for individuals and small businesses cost between $5000 and $15000 with annual running costs of around $1000. You can emulate a lot of the features of a responsive Wordpress site using the Full Width widgets and the Full Width Addons. The demo site will give you an idea of what can be achieved. The Mobile First demo shows how the site can be created for both tablet devices and computers. Then it's just a question of creating a version for smart phones. Thanks for answering Roddy... This year most of my competition changed the look of their websites... now my site looks very out of date. I need to make a change quickly, and was considering templates from companies like Squarespace. I don't know what the advantages and disadvantages are... or the cost. I enjoy using EverWeb... so yesterday I tried working with the template 'Gym Life' for a few hours and built this simple site. http://www.corporatevideomontreal.com/ I'd like to add motion to the background image... but I don't know how to do it. The Animated Layer slider is full width and fixed height and you can use it with a slide over layer as described on THIS page. Hyperlinks to other pages can be created from the images themselves or the text in the animated layers. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! I can see why you'd want to emulate this site Bill, it's got all the bells and whistles + New web standards that are driving the Web's new look and feel. As for emulating the above mentioned site Everweb is very limited. You'll need the proper widgets and experience working with everweb to build a site that would somewhat emulates the site you mentioned. It won't be the same but it would be close. S.Lebel |

I'm not a fan of background video - especially not full sized. More sensibly, the video could be full width but with a fixed height and fixed position if required. I have published a demo of a video widget which can be used in two ways - a responsive video with fixed height and a maximum width setting and a 100% width, fixed height background layer. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb!
