Is anyone here unable to access email through Everweb hosting? I just got this thing ordered and set up and am bugged out because I have to set up some twitter accounts with the Everweb email accounts I set up tonight. I sent a ticket, but want to know if I'm the only one with the problem. I just checked and see my domain website isn't loading either. I did it successfully an hour ago. So it seems the Everweb servers are gummed up. Oh well. Not a good impression since I just bought the service. Last edit 10 years ago |

Thanks Paul. I opened a ticked and it was answered. It seems I got confused with the double log-in at webmail and I was advised that I had locked myself out after repeated login attempts into Webmail. So it was explained to me that I can reset such as lock out. However, it was done for me. So problems solved. Not sure why my domain website wasn't loading, however. But that seems to be fixed as well. I wanted to add that the support ticket was handled faster and thoroughly than network solutions, where I have been a customer for over 10 years for another business and am almost ready to quit them and move to Everweb hosting even though it costs more.
