| Is this for one year, but only get updates for one year? Or is it where every year I have to pay 79.95 again so I can use the software? When I bought it it says it expires next year. Just wondering if I choose not to update will the software stop working? | |

Hi Allen, You don't have to pay anything if you don't want to. You get one year of updates and support. After that, only if you want, you can pay $49.95 to get future upgrades and support. | Just tried to correct something on my website. So it is expired and contrary to what you sa Paul I can't use it today anymore... When I publish it says "no active account". But I don't need that. I use ftp. How can I get passed that. Please help me out. | |

Hi Robert, Sorry for the confusion In that message you received when you tried to publish it said that you can download the previous version of EverWeb here Http://www.everwebapp.com/download.html You can use EverWeb forever but you only get one year of updates. Since you updated passed your one year, you can just download the previous version of EverWeb to publish without any issues. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

Hi Paul, I am having the exact same problem. I purchased a version that was standalone. My understanding was that I could purchase the program one time and then publish to an FTP. Now it is giving me an error saying that I cannot publish without renewing. I tried downloading based on the website above. That did not help. Any help that you can give would be much appreciated. |

Hi Aaron, Sorry for the problems you are experiencing. If you login to your account here; https://billing.ragesw.com/clientarea.php You can go to Services->My Services and click the Standalone purchase. You will see Downloads on the left side. Click that and you will see all previous versions of EverWeb. Download the latest version that falls within your one year of free updates and support.
