Viewing EverWeb 1.9.6 Beta

EverWeb 1.9.6 Beta

User: Paul-RAGESW 8 years ago
We have posted a new beta of EverWeb.

This new beta is available to anyone with an active upgrade plan. To check if your upgrade plan is still active go to the EverWeb Preferences window or login to your EverWeb client area account.

A beta version means it is not the final release and has not been fully tested.

I'm sorry but don't you think 'FIX' shouldn't be a beta version. It should be an upgrade of 1.9.5 that resolves the bugs EW users payed for. It can't be true I must run a beta version that makes the official version runs properly.
On the other hand, the 'NEW' features can be a beta version for testing without publishing. That's why it is a beta version.

Hi Raphael,

Sorry for the confusion. A beta version is what we release so that people who want to can test it and provide feedback so we can fix bugs. The beta version becomes the final version, it is a temporary stage in the release cycle to help make sure other bugs don't appear.

You can ignore the beta versions until the final version, with these fixes in 1.9.6, is released.

Hi Paul,

That's my point. I must wait until the final release! In the mean while I'm stuck with the bugs of 1.9.5. It should be working in 1.9.5.

I apologize for any bugs or issues you have with version 1.9.5. Please be sure to let us know specifically what bugs you are talking about.

We try our best to make sure there are no bugs with EverWeb but due to operating system upgrades, web browser differences, different extensions and software installed on a user's computer or any number of reasons, bugs are inevitable. We cannot just add bug fixes to a final version because they need to be tested as well.

I apologize for any inconvenience.

I know there are some issue with responsive text boxes not formating the text so it fits in the resized space.
And also, I hope there are some improvements to the images slider. It stops by itself.
Please Please, justified text boxes.

Two new beta versions are available. These will most likely be the final release and can be downloaded from the link in the first post here.

If you have any issues, please make sure to create a new post or contact customer support.
