So the new update is build 1495. I have a standalone license - lifetime and had some probles - so i replyed to this post: link and asked why i have to pay anything - you can see the reply in the post above... and made it like i was said: "If you need to get the latest version that you purchased you can download it from your client area." -done opend it up - done opend my website in it - done made changes - done file - publish entire site - yeah right... - stoping here why: so I DO have to pay again for something so i can use the NEW version of EverWeb?? WHY? |

No you do not need to pay. You ONLY need to pay if you want to upgrade to the next version of EverWeb that is outside of your free one year of upgrades and support plan. You need to make sure you download the version that falls within your upgrade plan. Go to your client area and then to Downloads and you will see all past versions of EverWeb. You can download any version that was released before your upgrade plan expiry and use that. Here is an article with more details for you. so i can not download any new software anymore - well i can't use them, right? And i should upgrade my plan - for abt 50 dollars so i could. that is pretty unfair if you ask me - at least i want the version of EverWeb as free upgrade in my plan where the BLOG feature will be added - that was the reason WHY i bought this software back in 2013. |
