Over the past couple of months I have had quite a large number of EverWeb users complaining that they couldn't purchase widgets due to not being able to get into PayPal. My quick fix was to post a notice on the BUY pages After a bit of research, this appears to be a problem introduced with El Capitan and the only solution appears to be to remove the Silverlight plugin! Every time Safari is updated it loses a feature that I use so I'm not really a fan. I am surprised at the number of EverWeb users who use Safari to test their websites. Safari for desktop is a minority browserand it's far more useful to test in Google's Chrome and Firefox. Anything that works in Chrome will work in Safari and all the things that don't work in Safari will work in Chrome! Obviously, mobile Safari is a must and all sites should be tested using the iOS Simulator as a matter of course. For those who don't have the Simulator installed on their Macs, instructions are HERE. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb!
