"Export Text as Image" not working all the time. Some text vanished... See attached image. I undid all the textboxes converted I to images (except main ones at top of pages), republished changes, and they returned to normal, but then, I can't control how it appears on different browsers now, and would like to. Also the volume control jumps off widget... It looks okay on iPhones (now, but didn't for a while), but when viewed on desktop, unless I zoom out, the volumne bar control is off-widget (below it a bit, and bounces on and off of the widget when trying to adjuts. Not good for music publishing site (oh yeah, the company has 3 songs on a Grammy nominated album!)... Using EverWeb's Audio widget. I am using beta: EverWeb Version 1.9.5b Build:1457 Here's one of the pages on the site in question: Millers Tale Music |

You shouldn't convert text to image. If you do this, the search engine spiders have nothing to index. At least, use text for the song title/artist name. If you want to use a non web safe font - which is not Google hosted - either self host it or provide a web safe fallback. I'm not seeing the problem with the volume control. Which browser/device has this problem? If the songs are recorded at professional level (+4 dBu) the initial volume should be set at 50%. The player volume control is not suitable for smart phone use so let the visitor adjust it on their device. The biggest problem I see is that you have a large number of audio players all trying to load at once. This means that the page load time is too long and mobile users have to use up chunks of their data allowance to download all the songs whether they listen to them or not. Better to use a widget which allows you to set the preload to "none". With this number of songs per page, it would be better to arrange them by type in playlist players which are more suitable for phone users anyway... Audio Playlist Touch Playlist Alternative Touch Playlist This type of player is better for use on a site which will be viewed on differrent devices since the play/pause button is large enough for finger stabbing and the volume control disappears on touch devices. For better search engine results - and to give visitors more info - this Audio Module combines all the elements in an HTML5 container and has an optional Buy button. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb!
