sharing pages between sites (possible noob question)?

I am a new EverWeb user and am encountering workflow issues. I've read the manual several times and browsed the forum and can't find a way out of the wilderness. Apologies if these are noobie questions.

I am collaborating with a (remote) colleague (we work for different companies). We each maintain several websites that are different but share content at the page level. Periodically one of us updates a page and wish to export that to several other websites (some on his machine; some on mine).

Issue 1) Although EverWeb seems to allow multiple projects to be open at the same time, there appears to be no way to cut/paste at the page level.

Issue 2) More of an annoyance, but none of our projects ever show up in the "Projects" window. This happens whether we use the Open dialog in EverWeb or right-click on the .everweb folder.

Issue 3) There seems to be no way to clone a project from within EverWeb. Workaround is to copy the folder via Mac Finder/Windows Explorer.

This seems incredibly basic: am I missing something? The workaround currently is to manually merge changes by eyeballing one page and replicating on another. This is sufficiently tedious as to negate most of the value of using EverWeb in the first place.

Thanks in advance.
