Hi Roddy,

Tried your SFX package (SFX BackGround, SFX ButtonLink, SFXFigureLink, SFX Figure, SFX Heading SFX ImageLink, SFX Image, SFX TextWrap, SFX Text) and followed the instruction carefully, I haven't had much success to be honest.

I created a 4 image background to go with the 4 subjects the site deals with and no matter what percentage height and or scroll factor it never comes out the way it should. The above mentioned image is the size and weight as per instruction always comes out of scale and does not match the size of the site.

What is the aspect ratio of the image?

as per instruction on your site

"As a guide, the composite image background in demo 2 is 1200px wide by 1800 px high. This gives an aspect ratio of 2:3 and file size of around 730KB." One difference my images come to 753KB

The file size only matters in relation to page download time.

The important thing is that the image has to be higher than it is wide and have a suitable value for percentage height which you need to experiment with.

Here is a sample http://poligraph.ca/client/test/index.html

the center image is the actual image used for the background scaled down for this example, notice how the bottom part of the image doesn't appear in the background and stays the same or worst when I play around with the percentage height. believe me when I state that I played around with it, I've done just about everything imaginable to get this to work. It never does.

if your going to promote and sell your products (everwebcodebox widgets), be sure they work as advertised and or have trouble shooting services a bit more extensive then "....which you need to experiment with."

Here's a DEMO using your image.

Brand new project page set at 950X4800, first item on page SFX background settings at default, It can not be any easier and yet still doesn't work.
here's the result.... http://poligraph.ca/client/test/index.html

Bottom image still cut off.

What if I wanted the last image to be the footer, am I suppose to play around with the content height until I get the height right. If such his the case, I can't justify the time I spent fiddling around the content height and or the image to my clients. I don't get paid to fiddle around I get paid to created in a time efficient manner. I don't know how it is across the pond, but here in north America time is money.

There is no last image. The image is a composite and is inserted into the browser background.

If you want a footer, you need to insert an object and drag it into postion as shown in this DEMO. I haven't used the EverWeb "footer" - or the header - in any of the demos.
