How do I undo a directory?

I accidentally made a page a directory and I can't find any way to undo and make it a regular page again. Can this be done or do I have to recreate the page?

A directory is a folder with an index.html file inside it so you need to delete it to get rid of it. Create a new page and copy over the content before doing so.
