The page with the non working contact widget is: http://etesian-tech.com/Mobile/index.html The form fills in, the sent dialog box appears, the form is cleared, but the mail does not get delivered. I tested with my personal gmail account, among others. thx |

@William The form has a hidden value that should contain your email address. It's empty. Check that you entered your own address in the widget. |

FYI: As shared 2 months ago, I replaced my former AOL address with a new G-mail address. Contact form then worked instantly... | |

You need to look at why these emails are being classified as spam. Is it because of the subject line or a URL in the content? Check out Gmail's page about USING FILTERS. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! Same problem here. Advanced contact form doesn't work! I test it with my company's mail, yahoo and Gmail. No any java script installed at my site! Simple contact form sent mail, but when I am writing label names at Greek (e.x. "Name" to "Όνομα") the widget doesn't appears the label! |

Hi Antigonos, You should use the Publish Entire Site option under the File menu in EverWeb. If you still have problems it could be related to your web hosting provider. They could be blocking some features required by the contact form. Have you spoken with them? If so, we would have to help solve this privately over email as we would need some account information from you. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

Hello, all the emails that I get from the contact form go to the junk folder. Some people also telling me that they can not fill up the form on the webpage -some say they did but I never got the mail - not even in the junk folder. I have already checked if the issue is with the host - if something is blacklisted or something - everything seems to be filled out correctly - but still not always working. |

Hi Ana, This depends on whether your are using the Advanced Contact Form with the SMTP server. Using SMTP details are more reliable. You should also make sure you are using the SMTP details associated with the email that is receiving the contact form details. You can also whitelist the email that is receiving the emails with your web hosting provider. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

The contact form I use is the advanced one and from the start, I am using the SMTP settings, I checked if the e-mail address is blacklisted or something and I added the email to the whitelist all from - problem remains... |
