I would post it as a bug. Mine shows Safari, Chrome and the IOS Simulator but not Firefox in V1.9.

| I have 1.9 Build 1440 and Firefox is there and works. Did you update Firefox after El Capitan OS install? | |

I haven't updated the OS. I updated Firefox today. It shows in V1.8 but not 1.9.
