Viewing shadow problem

shadow problem

I'm having a shadow problem.

The main picture on each of the 4 pages of this website has a shadow on it in EverWeb. To get a shadow on the "Our Work" page I thought I found a work around for adding a shadow to the image slider but it's not showing up with the workaround. Grrrrrr.

Oddly on my browser (Chrome) the main interior dining room pix on the "Recommendations" page has a shadow on that pix too but its not showing up on the web. The temporary site URL is : http://www.capecodbusinessgenius.com/genius/index.html

I've cleared out the history in Chrome but it's still funky. However everything looks great in Safari. I'd like to know what you all are seeing.

I've added an attachment so you can see the workaround in EverWeb for the slider. I just added a white box behind it and it does show up on EverWeb but not in the browser.

The shadows render for me in Chrome, Firefox and Safari. They look bad because you are using an EverWeb shadow image which renders before the actual image(s).

If you want a shadow that is rendered using CSS and gives more control over the actual shadow, the 3D and Drop Shadow effect widgets may be a better solution.

This page has an example of using a widget behind a slider for a 3D effect.
