Viewing Inspector scrollbar not showing

Heya, I'm not sure if that's a bug or intended. But I can only use the mouse wheel or the wheel on my graphics tablet (and probably two finger swiping on macbooks) to scroll up and down page details in the inspector. I can't target the scroll bar at the right as it only shows when I use e.g. the mouse wheel to scroll through it.
