I'm working on a set of about 30 widgets for creating modules that are easily transferred from one version of the site to another to speed up the process of designing versions for computer, tablet and smart phone. Your fencing site reminded me about the need for a product display type module with options for a heading, centered adjustable image, text and a tab hyperlink big enough for finger stabbing on touch devices like this... ![]() I'm sending you a copy to test and regret that it's a little too late for that particular site! It should radically speed up creating this type of layout and reduce page download time. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! I like those sites. Simple and clean. There are 2 things you may want to look at. 1. On the Rural Fence site, there is a block of text over an image. You may want to make the background of the text box more opaque. I would imagine that if I had a reading disability it would make reading that nearly impossible. It is kind of hard as it is. 2. On the Redflag site, there is text over an image for a contest sign-up, that text is difficult to read as the image and the font are close in value on a grey scale. Maybe a little brighter text, or a slightly different color. |
