The full width rectangle widget takes advantage of the new controls in the the Metrics inspector of EverWeb V1.8. It creates a rectangle shape with rounded corners if required and a color, or color gradient, background with adjustable color angle and opacity. The border and box shadow options are inset since a 100% wide shape can't use a normal outset border or shadow successfully.
