Hi on my pages using the widget slide show, the images take verry long to apear on the web site, how do i make them lighter so they charge faster site pages: http://www.intra-muros.ch/escaliers-en-bois---escaliers-en-verre---escaliers-en-acier-.html http://www.intra-muros.ch/escaliers-en-aluminium---escaliers-sur-mesure.html http://www.intra-muros.ch/cloisons---portes-coulissantes.html is there a lighter widget i should use ? thank you for your comments Christian |

You are using very, very large images for the Image Slider. Most of EverWeb's internal functions can optimize your images. The Image Slider simply copies over the images you add to EverWeb and uses those. You will want to remove those images from your project and open them up in Preview. Then in preview you can resize the width and height so that they are smaller. Then, re-add them to EverWeb and re-add them to your Image Slider. If you get a message when importing them into EverWeb asking you to convert them to Web Resolution, make sure you select that option. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

I did lighten the pictures does load faster now great but as i chek on firefox and Opera the slider widget does not work properly on chrome its ok exept i get a lot of adds and words are highlitet in blue with link in text someone has a hint why the slider does not work on firefox and Opera? thanks |

It works fine for me on all browsers. You probably just need to empty the cache in your browser or reload the page a few times in the browsers that it is not working on. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |
