Hi! In the new 1.8 version (and maybe prior versions) of EW if you select Insert> Shapes you will see 'Balloon' listed. If you use the Shape Options inspector, the Shape menu says 'Speech Bubble'. Additionally the Insert menu list and the drop down list order the shapes in two different ways e.g. 'line' is last on the Insert menu but third from last on the drop down in the inspector... Thanks!
