Hey, it's nice to be able to open those two windows simply by clicking on the icons at the bottom. It would be awesome if they would close this way too :) Would make my life so much easier. ------------------------------- Darian new to web design ______________________ My websites: Vocal Affairs // Singkehlchen |

That's a really good idea. I don't see why there aren't alternatives to hide these popups. You can launch the color window with Shift-->Command-->C and the fonts with Command-->T but there's no command for hiding them. Obviously, nobody at Apple thinks they are worth adding - or maybe they just don't actually use the apps. I detest these popup inspector windows and can't believe that some people are actually requesting them. They always seem to open just where I want to be next and I'm always having to drag them out of the way or, hurriedly, try to hit that little red button. I don't actually use the color window in apps. I have an app called ColorWindow, app which sits in the Dock. I click it to choose my color numbers and then, when I click off it, it goes to the back out of the way. I wish there was a similar one for fonts - or is there? ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb!
