Hi, Ive looked through the forums but cant find the answer. i hope this doesnt get confusing. i would like to make 2 different navigation menus for my pc site and my mobile site. Both the pc site and mobile site are made in the same project. The pc menu is a normal left to right menu but the mobile one i want to be a drop down menu. i have no problem making both styles of menus. Is it possible to have to totally seperate menus in the same project? or do i have to make the pc site and mobile site 2 seperate projects for this to work? thanks Lucas |

ive work out a solution. its not perfect but i guess its the best i can come up with. I have just created a drop down menu for both sites. the pc site has its own menu to i made without using the menu widget anyway so its ok. Next problem. I want the new drop down menu to be in the top left corner of both sites. its works but when the list drops down its left aligned. is it possible to center the drop down list or right align it' thanks again |

The question isn't if it's possible. Everything is possible. The question should be : how do I do it. Like this (look at the source)? http://tahafut.hol.es/menu-right-align.html And here is a menu maker app : http://swimbi.com/ |

You need to be more specific about what you mean by "align". Jumbo T. is assuming that you are referring to the alignment of the text within the drop down. Right align is normally only used with right to left languages such as Arabic and Hebrew. Perhaps you mean the alignment of the dropdown itself in relation to the top level menu tab? THIS page has a navigation in which the dropdowns are aligned left or right depending on the parent list items position in the top level of the navigation. You can see some alternative navigation widgets HERE and some more advanced ones HERE. Oh look, what a beautiful menu I made with Swimbi. Complete with instructions. http://tahafut.hol.es/swimbi/ Disclaimer : the righthand side menu style was manually edited to make it align right. |
