Text and redirect Issues

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can help? I've completely redesigned my site and it looks great in EverWeb. However, when I publish to the web the typeface doesn't come through on the web. Does anyone know why this is happening? I've attached some screen grabs named EverWeb and Web to illustrate my point. Also, I started looking at creating a mobile friendly version. But decided to delete the page until I was ready to complete it properly. There still seems to be a redirect when I publish to the web and then it shows an old version of my site. I'm feeling really confused by this... Thanks for your help. Ryan |

Try publishing the entire website from the EverWeb File dropdown menu. When you view it in the browser, either empty the cache or hit the refresh button a few times to make sure you are viewing the newly published version and not an old one cached by the browser. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! Hi Roddy, Thanks for getting back to me so quickly :) Yes, that worked perfectly. I followed both of those. Cheers!! Also, wanted to say I love some of those widgets you've created. They are coming in very handy, especially for optimising for mobile. I was just wondering... I'm finally getting round to uploading some work work sale and want potential customers to browse a selection of the image (different angles/close up etc). Which of your image widgets would work best for this? Thanks! Ryan |

From the point of view of good SEO you should use one of the HTML5 image widgets. Find out more about images and SEO. The figcaption widget is a good choice for images with a caption. If you want to add more info to improve SEO use the Styled Figure Element which allows a heading for the image name and space for a full description for both the surfers and the search engine spiders. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb!
